When Ireland's national water utility reached the end of life on Primavera Contract Manager, Uisce Éireann (Irish Water) turned a forced migration into a step change in capital programme control. Moving all 4,500 active capital projects onto Oracle Primavera Unifier, fully integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite, Copperleaf, IBM Maximo and Primavera P6, gave the utility governed cost control and live data across one of the largest capital programmes in the country.
After its May 2026 FID and $9.75 billion financing close, Commonwealth LNG partnered with Superset to implement an integrated PMIS framework. Using EcoSys, Oracle Primavera Cloud, and enhanced Aconex, the owner-centric solution is delivering deterministic project controls, rigorous submittal and change management, and real-time visibility for the 9.5 Mtpa LNG export facility targeting 2030 operations on Louisiana’s Calcasieu Ship Channel.
Through the successful deployment of Kahua, Superset worked together with Infrastructure Ontario and Deloitte to deliver a sustainable and robust performance management information solution, offering better transparency and control of information, and increased user adoption.
